Help us raise funds for the Airnasium! Join us for the
first annual 'Friends of Hidden Acres Gala & Auction'

THE BASICS

Date: Sunday, Feburary 18

Time: 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Location: Hidden Acres Dining Hall

 

This banquet is limited to 40 tables. You can purchase a table (8 seats) for your group for $400 or purchase individual seats for $50 each.  Attire for the evening will be business casual.

The first annual Friends of Hidden Acres Gala & Auction is being held to finish raising funds for our new Airnasium.  The night will include appetizers, dinner, a dessert auction, a silent auction, and a live auction.  Our goal for the night is to raise at least $100,000 for the Airnasium.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

4:30-5:30pm Check In & Social Hour

               (Appetizers, Silent Auction, Entertainment)

5:45pm Welcome

6:00pm Dinner

6:30pm Program

               (Guest Speaker, Silent Auction Ends) 

7:00pm Live Auction

Adam Timmerman grew up near Cherokee, Iowa, and is a 12-year veteran of the NFL. He played guard for the Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Rams. In his career he played over 200 games, including two Pro Bowls and four Super Bowls (two of which his team won!). Adam was led to Christ and discipled by teammates and the team Chaplain during his time with the Packers. During his time with the St. Louis Rams became involved with the ministry of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). He has served the FCA as a board member and high school huddle coach, and worked to bring FCA back to his hometown of Cherokee. He now serves as the FCA Area Director for Northwest Iowa, and has seen FCA programs share the gospel and transform lives through God’s grace and biblical discipleship. Adam lives outside Cherokee with his wife of 30 years, Jana. They have three children, Mason (Libby), Alexa (John), and Jada, and one granddaughter, Esther.
