Wonderfully Made Family Camp is our newest Family Camp, designed to provide a weekend away for families with a special needs child. We know that spending time together as a family is invaluable, and that doing so may be more difficult for special needs families like yours as you consider concerns beyond those of other families: added financial burdens, medical needs, accessibility worries, etc. And, how can you be sure that activities at any given vacation spot will fit well with your special needs child?
If your family has been blessed with a special needs child, we would love for you to consider attending this event. If finances are a concern, don’t worry! We have come up with a goal to cover the registration cost of every family in attendance. That’s right – the retreat is free for your entire family! All meals and lodging are covered, and each family will receive a personal family volunteer for the entire weekend.
At the retreat, you’ll find a fun, safe event for your family where you can relax and enjoy extra time together. We’ll have horse rides, a rock climbing wall, a zip line, a giant swing, canoeing, craft time, fishing, games, workshops, great speakers, and worship time. On top your personal family volunteer, we will also have experienced medical staff available. We aim to provide a fun, Bible-based retreat where your family can relax and bond!
